Is it ethical in Yahoo Fantasy Baseball to not pitch your maximum innings?

My long time friend is only using his relievers because he reailzed that there isn't a minimum innings pitched required, so he's using his relievers to get better stats in K/BB, WHIP, ERA, Walks allowed, Hits allowed, etc. Should our friendship be strained because of this?
