My buzz on, audbles, Fonts etc. and the whole line is not appearing on my friend on ym. Can you help?

I would like to be able to buzz her, but that option is not open to me, I am very frustated, that line of things like buzzing, audibles, emoticons and Fonts is why I like Yahoo Messenger, someone please help me!!!
