Pregnancy but not.....false positive or miscarriage?

ok in october; I had a positive test...had bloodwork done the next month and it was positive........ my stomach is still bloated and at times I do feel movement............i also have had negative tests lately........i know some urine tests do not work......... I AM CONFUSED!
