Rate/Fix My Yugioh Deck (Evil Hero)?

Evil heroes are cool. You need, however, Evil Hero Infernal Gainer. He removes himself from play for two turns to allow a fiend monster you control to attack twice for as long as that monster is faceup (that effect is amazing with Inferno Wing or Malicious Edge). Later Infernal Gainer comes back allowing you give that ability to another monster. I think you should have more Avians, Burstinatrixes, and Claymen than Sparkmen and Wildhearts. This is because Avian is used for Wing and Cyclone, Burstinatrix for Wing and Sniper, Clayman for Golem and Sniper, Sparkman for Golem, and Wildheart for Cyclone. I don't know much about what to change, maybe add The Warrior Returning Alive or 1 more Infernal Prodigy. Rating: 8.5/10 - I could see the deck doing very well, but it seems just a little unbalanced somehow. Also good call using Prisma, just fix the Elemental part of the deck.
