What should I do about a 14 y/o neighbor boy I caught?

going through my clothes hamper and sniffing my panties? He comes over a few times a week to visit my son (same age) and plays video games with him. This afternoon he came to visit after school and went to the bathroom. I did not know he was in there until I started to open the door (which was not shut all the way) and saw him going through my personals! The boy does not know I saw him since I realized what he was doing and quietly backed out. I called my husband at his work and told him about it and he thinks I should not say anything to him or his parents (we are good friends with them) and just remove the temptation by separating my underwear from the other clothing and storing them in our bedroom closet until time to wash. I am somewhat flattered by the boy's unwanted attention to my undies and at the same time repulsed by it. My husband thinks it is probably normal for some boys to get curious and do that. I'm not so sure. What do you guys think? I would like to hear from both es on this. Is it normal or not and what should I do with the boy? Follow my husband's advice or say something to the boy next time I catch him?
