Who started this "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt"?

all it is, is a space holder for text that you will replace on the template. it shows the general look of a template with text without having distracting words. i think some latin guy started it (lol)
