What if someone is raised without ever hearing of God, do they go to Hell?

Just curious. I'm a Christian, but I think about certain scenarios sometimes. For instance, what if someone is abandoned and raised by wolves (I know, farfetched, but BEAR WITH ME!) their whole lives without human contact. When they die, do they go to Hell for never worshipping God? How would that be considered fair if they were never given the chance to learn about Him? Is a baby that is born into atheism and then dies within the first couple months of it's life banished to Hell because of it's parents? There's no way a baby can grasp the concept of religion, for one, and, two, it's not the baby's choice to be born into that family; it just was. What would happen in these cases?
