I would thank the CEO for your bonus and suck it up. Many companies are not giving bonuses these days due to the economy. How is it everyone know what the other people bonuses are? Pay rates and payments of any kind are confidential and the exchange of such information in my company are reason for dismissal. You make my point when I say that the exchange of such information creates problems among the troups.
