Are MOST people in the world now , ruthless and cold hearted ?

It seems like as times goes on , people in the world just get colder and more ruthless . It seems as if MOST people are not loyal either . Many ( not all ) are rude and don ' t care about anyone but themselves and are not considerate . What do you think ? Also , what should we do to find loyal friends or loyal people and not allow this world full of cold people stress us out ?
