Not sure what to do ... advice please?

Firstly, talk to her about it alone. Tell her it is not right what she did and she is being unfaithful to her husband. If she doesn't seem to understand, then tell your friend. If you really care for your friend, he doesn't deserve a wife who is trying to hump his friends. Leave the ball in his court.
