Tire change on 04 Dodge Durango?

the nut in the middle is the axle nut ,you don't remove it,the wheel nuts are the only ones you have to remove,you have to give the wheel a light kick to one side of it,to break it loose,sometimes they will stick,but don't loose the center nut on it,good luck with it.
