I'm trying to get a loan...?

i'm trying to get a loan in mississippi.i have a trust fund that i can't touch till i am 25.worth at least 100,000.and i need bout 40,000.ive tried to get a loan from my trust fund. but i can not use it as collateral.now i'm trying to just get a personal loan or something for over 25,000. but i have no collateral or land or anything. someone pls help me out here. anyone know how i can get a loan without collateral or good credit?
