What is a cell made of??(i know it is made of orgles and plasma membrane,but what are these parts made of?

i think i am pretty clear .. i know that a cell is formed by an outer layer (plasma membrane) and organelles(cytoplasm, golgi apparatus, vacuole, nucleus, mitochondrion etc)but what are these single "PARTS" of the cell made of??? (chemically- biologically speaking)??
